Hi this is Amit from Chitrakoot,Welcome to Tirth Nagari Chitrakoot.In chitrakoot Bhagwan Ram came for eleven and half year's his vanvas kal.Because Lord Ram came here so the importence of chitrakoot increased in terms of astha & vishvas.Bhagwan Ram stayed on Kamta Nath Parvat also called Kamad giri.There are many Temple's.The main places in chitrakoot are Kamtanath,Gupt Godawari,Sati Anusuiya,Sfatik Shila,Janki Kund,Ramghat,Hanuman Dhara and Bharat Koop.
